(MD) No.1697 of 2017 dated 16/02/2017 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PANDI MAHARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.MAYILVAHANA RAJENDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed.
