ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections153-A and 504 IPC and Section 3 of Press and Registration of Books Act, 1867 and Section 3 of PPDL Act, in Crime No.480 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.According to the de facto complainant that on 09.10.2015 the accused approached the de facto complainant and the family members of a police officer to form an association for their welfare and also canvassed them to join in the Hindu Munnani organisation. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely roped in this case due to political vendetta.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police vehemently opposed the anticipatory bail petition contending that the accused have approached the family members of the police officers to join in a political organisation and the accused Nos.2 and 3 were arrested and remanded to judicial custody. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam, and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.
