PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. Not Known of 2019 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hand of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.Not Known of 2019. 2.Heard both sides.

3.This Court by the order dated 08.05.2019, granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner for a period of two weeks with a condition that the respondent police has to register a case or drop further action. In the mean time, the petitioner was also directed that if a regular case is registered, the petitioner has to file a fresh application. So far, the respondent police has not registered a case. Hence, the interim bail already granted to the petitioner is extended till the registration of F.I.R. If F.I.R is registered, the petitioner shall file a fresh application.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
