ORDER

The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take action on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 02.09.2024.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in possession of the property and the respondents 4 and 5 caused dispossession to the property. Thereafter, the petitioner lodged the complaint before the third respondent on 16.08.2024. But no action was taken. Again on 2/5

02.09.2024, lodged complaint through registered post and the same was also not considered. Therefore, the petitioner filed the present writ petition to consider the representation.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit the representation of the petitioner was under consideration and they will dispose the representation within a week.

5. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with.

6. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents that they will dispose the representation of the petitioner within a week, it is appropriate to direct the second respondent to consider the representation in accordance with law on merits, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5

7. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
