ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 449 and 302 of I.P.C. @ 147, 148, 120(b), 212, 449 and 302 of I.P.C., in Crime No.356 of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is absent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would point out that the petitioner had already filed 6 anticipatory bail petitions and all of them have suffered dismissals.

4. It is true that in the typed set of papers, medical records of the petitioner have been enclosed. But this being a serious offence of murder, this Court is of the view that the medical grounds of the petitioner are not sufficient to pursuade this Court to take a different view. There is no change in circumstances. 5. In this view of the matter, the Criminal Original petition stands dismissed.
