RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to enlarge the petitioner on interim bail in connection with Crime No.5/2017 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SASI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Interim bail petition filed by the accused No.11 in Crime No.5 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police, who was arrested on 07.01.2017 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294 (b), 302 I.P.C. and Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act read with Sections 3(1)(r)(s) and 3(2)(Va) of the SC/ST (POA) Act.
2.Contending that the petitioner's wife Muthuselvi died on 14.03.2017 at about 08.30 a.m. in Government Medical College Hospital, Sivagangai, the petitioner seeks interim bail to conduct final rites of his wife as per his religious faith and custom. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), who took notice in the interim bail application, verified and found the claim to be correct and conceded to grant interim bail for three days from today.

p.m. and he shall be released on bail by the Jail Authorities on his own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) and escorted by two policemen. The petitioner shall surrender himself before the Jail Authorities by 05.30 p.m. on 16.03.2017. The interim bail is subject to the following conditions: (i)The petitioner shall not contact either person or over phone any of the persons who are likely to be witnessed in this case. (ii)The petitioner shall not contact any persons who are family members of the deceased.
(iii)The petitioner shall not go elsewhere than his Village, namely, Marudupandiyar Nagar, Sivagangai.
(iv)If there is any violation of the above said conditions, the respondent is at liberty to move this Court to cancel the interim bail pre-maturely.
