ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Head both sides.

3.This Court by an order dated 08.05.2019 has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with condition that if a regular case is registered, the said order will become infructuous and the petitioner has to file fresh application and also directed the respondent police to file status report before this Court on 06.06.2019.
