O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent police to register the complaint dated 16.09.2014 preferred by the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 427, 447, 506(ii) of IPC and to take action against the accused in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.09.2014, a case in Crime No.1460 of 2015 was registered by the respondent concerned for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 427, 447 and 506(ii) of IPC.

3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.1460 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
