This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking orders to punish the contemnor /2nd respondent for his deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P(MD)No.20502 of 2024, dated 09.08.2024. 1/3

When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 24.02.2025), the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court, dated 09.08.2024 in W.P(MD)No.20502 of 2024 has been complied with and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has produced the copy of the proceedings, dated 22.02.2025 and that therefore, the petition may be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition is closed.
