O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 18.09.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner instead of giving complaint to the first respondent, has directly sent to the 2nd respondent by post and therefore, the investigation was not carried out. 4.Keeping in view of the above fact, the petitioner is permitted to give a fresh complaint to the first respondent and on receipt of the complaint, the first respondent shall forward the same to the 2nd respondent for necessary action. With the above observation, this petition is closed.
