Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, directing the respondents to supply the documents related to the charges mentioned in the Charge Memo, dated 15.11.2022 as requested in petitioner's letter, dated 23.02.2023 and complete the enquiry after giving due opportunity to the petitioner and dispose the disciplinary proceedings within a time limit fixed by this Court. ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to supply the documents related to the charges mentioned in the Charge Memo, dated 15.11.2022 as requested in petitioner's letter, dated 23.02.2023 and complete the enquiry after giving due opportunity to the petitioner and dispose the disciplinary proceedings within a time limit fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner is working as a Secondary Grade Teacher at Panchayat Union Primary School at Renga Servaikaraanpatty, Natham Block, Dindigul District. During the period 2012, she worked at Panchayat Union Primary School at Kanavaipatty-Velur in Natham Union. The petitioner was placed under suspension from 19.09.2022 on the basis of a complaint made by the Headmistress one Alagu against the petitioner on 27.07.2022. Later, the suspension of the petitioner was revoked and she was permitted to rejoin duty at Primary Union Middle School at Periyamalaiyur in Natham Union without prejudice to the pending disciplinary proceedings. However, she was not furnished with the documents related to the charges in charge memo, dated 15.11.2022. Hence, she made a representation vide letter, dated 23.02.2023 seeking to furnish the documents related to the charges mentioned in the charge memo, dated 15.11.2022. However, the same was not acted upon. Hence, this writ petition came to be filed. 2/5

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents on instructions submitted that already the relevant documents have been issued to the petitioner and if at all anymore document is needed, she can submit an application in writing, elaborating the details of the necessary documents. On the basis of which, the same would be furnished to her.
4. In view of the said submission, this Court hereby direct the petitioner to make a fresh representation, giving specific details as to the documents required by her forthwith. On receipt of the same, the respondents are directed to furnish the same to her and conclude the disciplinary proceedings within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of a representation.
5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
