No.1300 of 2020 :- To extend the time for compliance of the orders passed by this Hon'ble Court on 18/12/2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19040 of 2019. PRAYER in CRL MP(MD). No.1302 of 2020 :- To modify the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.19040 of 2019 dated 18/12/2019.

COMMON ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner had already deposited a sum of Rs.30,000/- in compliance of the order dated 14.11.2019 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16618 of 2019. Since he did not execute the sureties in time, he had filed one more petition for anticipatory bail. While granting the relief in the second petition, the very same condition once again had been incorporated. Therefore, CRL MP(MD). No.1302 of 2020 is filed seeking modification of the said condition and CRL MP(MD). No.1300 of 2020 is filed for extension of time.

2. I find the said submission to be reasonable. Therefore, the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- set out in paragraph 4 of the order dated 18.12.2019 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19040 of 2019 stands deleted since the imposition of this condition would be superfluous.

3. The time for surrender and executing the sureties is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
