This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to include Sections 326, 392 and 307 IPC in Crime No.816 of 2015. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.816 of 2015 has been completed and the second respondent laid charge sheet in C.C.No.286 of 2015 before the concerned Magistrate and the same was convicted on 03.12.2015 and nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
