Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 08.02.2017 and the investigation is pending.

2. Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
