PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of an enquiry.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the complaint of the petitioners and the third respondent were registered in CSR No.17 of 2021 and CSR No.42 of 2021 respectively and since the dispute between the petitioners and the third respondent is purely a money transaction, the petitions were closed with an advice to both the parties to settle their dispute before a competent civil Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
