Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action and file a compliant based on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 13.07.2023 and pass such further or other orders as this Court.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action and file a compliant based on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 13.07.2023.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the complaint is pending before the All 2/5

Women Police Station, Devakottai but the petitioner has not impleaded the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Devakottai. However, they will instruct the concerned police to complete the enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 13.07.2023 within the short span of time.

4. Recording the above said submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respodents 2 and 3, this writ petition stands disposed of by directing the All Women Police Station, Devakottai to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.07.2023 on merits and in accordane with law, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is also directed to serve the copy of the order to the concerned All Women Police Station for taking necessary action.

5. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
