Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.ANANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.

2. This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated within.

3. Time for complying with the conditions ordered by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.10116 of 2016 vide order dated 30.06.2016 is extended by two weeks, from the date on which the order copy is made

ready, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) by way of D.D/Cheque favouring "Creche, Women Advocates Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy is made ready and also directed to produce the receipt before the lower Court, failing which, this order shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
