2. Since no specific condition is passed by this Court as required by the learned Judicial Magistrate to be complied for anticipatory bail, this petition is dismissed. Since the time limit which has been granted by this Court vide order, dated 16.12.2016 is lapsed, time is extended upto 15.02.2017 to comply the conditions imposed by this Court dated 16.12.2016 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.23234 of 2016.
