Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S. MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 13.10.2016 and the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate.
