ORDER

The writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal, considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.The petitioner seeks for survey of his property in respect of which he has already remitted the prescribed fees and also made an application on 05.12.2024. The petitioner has also sought for the assistance of the third respondent officials at the time of survey. The petitioner has further stated that though there was an earlier survey conducted by the revenue officials, the boundary stones have been 2/4

removed by the unknown persons and hence, the petitioner apprehends breach of peace and seeks for police protection at the time of survey. 4.Considering the above, the Writ Petition is allowed and there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct a survey of the petitioner's property in furtherance of the online application dated 05.12.2024 and representation dated 24.12.2024, it shall be open to the respondents 1 and 2 to seek the assistance of the third respondent in the event of apprehending any law and order problem at the time of survey. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
