Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider for inclusion of the petitioner's name as a cultivating tenant in respect of the property comprised in S.No.11/2A and 11/2B situated at Inam Pandangudi Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, on the basis of the petitioner's application dated 01.12.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

*********** This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application, dated 01.12.2021 submitted under the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Lands Records of Tenancy Rights Act, 1969, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner claims that he is a Cultivating Tenant and the third and fourth respondents are her landlords. The petitioner has submitted an application under the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Lands Records of Tenancy Rights Act, 1969, to register her name as a Cultivating Tenant, on 01.12.2021. Since the said application has not been considered till date, this writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.2464 of 2022 3.Heard Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.Amjed Khan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if the petitioner's application dated 01.12.2021 submitted under the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Lands Records of Tenancy Rights Act, 1969, is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the necessary parties, including the third and fourth respondents. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application, dated 01.12.2021 submitted under the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Lands Records of Tenancy Rights Act, 1969, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the necessary parties, including the petitioner as well as the third and fourth respondents, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
