RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the respondent to implement the order in Crl.OP.997/2013 dated 01.02.2013 and to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a time frame as fixed by this Honourable Court in Crime No.659 of 2012 on the file of the respondent. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.NAGENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- On 11.04.2017, this Court passed the following order: "The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the police have sent the disputed signatures to the handwriting expert for comparison with a request to treat the case on priority.

It is seen that the incident in this case had taken place in the year 2008 and the First Information Report was registered in the year 2012 and we are now in 2017. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to expedite the investigation and report to this Court on 13.06.2017. Call on 13.06.2017 "for orders"."

2. Today Mr.S.Kumaresan, Inspector of Police, Theni Police Station is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.659 of 2012 has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni on 03.05.2017 and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.124 of 2017.
