Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent Police to register a FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.05.2014.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Criminal Original petition to direct the 2nd respondent Police to register a FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.05.2014.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that after conducting enquiry, the complaint of the petitioner has been closed.

3.Since the complaint has been closed, the respondents Police is directed to forward a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and it is open to the petitioner either to make a private complaint or recourse to any other provisions of law.
