Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.OP(MD). 19043 of 2016 dated 03.10.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.KANDHA VADIVELAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of S.PRABHA,Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate[Criminal Side] for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate[Criminal Side], the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.
