ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 498 (A) of IPC, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Mr.A.Gopal, learned counsel has submitted that he has been instructed to file intervenor application on behalf of the de-facto complainant.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police has filed a status report stating that based on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, C.S.R.No.115 of 2019 was issued and enquiry has been conducted and the complaint was closed on 01.06.2019.
