2. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant leave for three months to her husband Perumal @ Pethaperumal, based on her representation, dated 27.01.2021.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would state that the representation of the petitioner was rejected by the third respondent on 08.02.2021 and hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous. The order of rejection is placed for perusal of this Court.
4. In the light of the above fact, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
