ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.1, in Crime No.22 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 24.08.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 109 of I.P.C., @ 366 (A), 109 of I.P.C., and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and hence, seeks bail.

2. According to the de-facto complainant that on 18.08.2015 at 8.30 p.m., the accused have kidnapped her daughter aged about 17 years, at that time, she is wearing 10 sovereigns of gold chain. It is further alleged that the matter was reported to the Panchayators and even before them, the accused have refused to produce the girl and the jewels.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a close relative of the de-facto complainant and there was a love affair between the daughter of the de-facto complainant and the petitioner and on 18.08.2015, on her own volition, she joined with the petitioner.

4. It is further submitted that the alleged victim was secured by the respondent and the petitioner is ready to marry the daughter of the defacto complainant.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the victim is aged about 17 1⁄2 years and this is a case of love affair and now the victim is with her parents.

6. Considering the facts, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamudhi and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders
