ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation and take necessary action against the 3rd respondent and give police protection to the petitioner for the life and limb threatening given by the third respondent, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.06.2025 and the order of the Hon'ble High Court in W.P.(MD)NO.29496 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024, within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 03.06.2025 and the order of the Hon'ble High Court in W.P.(MD)NO.29496 of 2024 dated 09.12.2024 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
