ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.344 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.It is seen from records that there are specific allegations against the petitioners in the FIR. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted in this threshold.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the investigation is almost over and the final report is yet to be filed.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. However, the first respondent is directed to file a final report, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
