Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 452, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC r/w 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, in S.C.No.156 of 2013 on the file of the Additional District Judge -I, Tirunelveli and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that petitioner did not appear for hearing on 06.06.2017 before the trial Court and therefore, the learned Additional District Judge -I, Tirunelveli, issued a Non-Bailable Warrant.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner was already granted bail, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Additional District Judge-I, Tirunelveli and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders and in all future hearings without fail. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned court within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
