The petitioner is the husband of one Sudha, she has left the matrimonial home along with her children without informing the petitioner and therefore, fearing danger to her life, he has given a complaint to the second respondent police on 19.01.2023 and the respondent police has given CSR.No.67 of 2023. He has approached this Court seeking for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus.

2. Today, the respondent police has secured the wife of the petitioner along with her children. She has left the home due to some misunderstanding with her husband and stayed at Thiruppur. Now she had expressed her willingness to join with her husband. The petitioner (husband) is also present before this Court. Since the alleged lady along with her children secured, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus petition. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
