The impugned order dated 20.12.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.9517 of 2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, allowing the respondent police to register FIR against the petitioner is under challenge in this Criminal Revision Case.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that the respondent police have registered FIR as against the petitioner in Crime No.59 of 2024 on the file of Tenkasi Police Station. Hence, the relief sought in this revision has become infructuous as nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the said submission, this revision is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
