ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner or his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the third respondent has already initiated proceedings under Section 110 Cr.P.C. and the same is pending before the concerned Tahsildar. He would further submit that summons has not been issued so far.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the concerned Tahsildar, if inclined to take further proceedings, is directed to issue summons to the petitioner and on receipt of the summons, the petitioner is directed to appear before them. 2/4

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
