2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) has submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, C.No.C.5/005768/SSD was issued and after enquiry the said complaint was closed and as on date no complaint is pending against the petitioner.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions this petition is dismissed.
