Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.VEERAPANDISELVARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.364 of 2021 on 11.01.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in S.C.No.158 of 20219. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.364 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
