O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners or their family members in the name of enquiry in the alleged complaint given by the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and the petition was closed and there is no question of harassment. He would submit that in view of closure of the petition, the presence of the petitioners is not required by the respondent police and there will not be any harassment to the petitioner.

4.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
