ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner.

2.The main grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondents 3 to 10, in order to grab the land of the petitioner, are threatening the petitioner with dire consequences. 3.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in Current Petition No.Ref.64/SDO(N)/ Camp/2021 and it is pending for enquiry.
