No. 9620 of 2016 dated 15.10.2016 in Crl.OP(MD) No. 15227/2016 dated 19.08.2016 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.DEVASENA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders and also as and when required.
