ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The petitioner filed this Habeas Corpus Petition for production of her husband, namely, Sathyaraj, S/o.Rajendran, aged about 34 years. 2.Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has submitted that the detenu was secured and arrested on 04.02.2024 in connection with the criminal case in Crime No.15 of 2024 on the file of the Navalpattu Police Station for the alleged offence punishable under Section 395 IPC. Further, he was remanded in Trichy Central Prison. 3.In view of the aforestated, where there has been an arrest on 04.02.2024 against the detenu, who has been arrested for the alleged offence
punishable under various Section 395 IPC, we feel that it cannot be treated as illegal custody or detention. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
