ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from History Sheet opened in History Sheet No.2 of 2024 on the file of the third respondent based on the representation dated 22.01.2026.

This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.01.2026 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
