This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned District Munsiff Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirppathur, Sivagangai District, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.59 of 2021 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that the suit in O.S.No.59 of 2021 is filed in the year 2021 and the revision petitioner is 75 years old and he is suffered from some aliment. Hence, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the case. 3.Considering the fact that the suit in O.S.No.59 of 2021 is of the year 2021 and also considering the age of the petitioner, the learned District Munsiff Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirppathur, Sivagangai District, is directed to dispose the suit in O.S.No.59 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P(MD).No.287 of 2022 2021 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
