PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the investigation of the above said cases in Crime No.276 of 2021 from the file fourth respondent police to CBCID/5th respondent for further investigation and to file a final report before the concerned court within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.276 of 2021 from the file fourth respondent police to CBCID/5th respondent for further investigation and to file a final report before the concerned court. 1/3

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has produced suicidal note and other materials from the victim's makeup kit box and also submitted that the victim has committed suicide only on the compulsion of love by his neighbor Karthick, the respondent police has not altered the offence.
3. Considering the above, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct a detailed investigation with respect to the suicidal note and other documents produced by the petitioner and accordingly alter the offence and if any cognizable offence is made out, on the strength of the suicidal note and other records produced by the petitioner and complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation done by the fourth respondent and ensure that the fourth respondent shall complete the investigation within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.
With the above observation and direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
