ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.The petitioner's grievance is that his representation dated 19.09.2023 seeking removal of the encroachments made in Survey Nos.1610 and 1611 situated in Kengaiyur area at Ayyalur Village, Vedasandhur Taluk, Dindigul District, has not been considered so far. Hence, he is constrained to move the present Writ Petition.

3.Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered and necessary action would be taken for removal of encroachment by following the procedures as contemplated under the Act.

4.Considering the submissions made on either side, without going into the merits of the case, we direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.09.2023 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all the parties concerned within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
