ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to conclude the enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.01.2026 vide C.S.R.Receipt No.15/2026 and to take necessary action against the private respondents.
2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner's complaint was already enquired and the same was closed.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same. No Costs.
