RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition for handover of passport to the petitioner in the order dated 29.11.2016 passed in Crl M.P.No.11414 of 2016 in Crl O.P.(MD) No.14230 of 2016 by directing the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II Nagercoil to h and over the Petitioners passport to him without insisting upon production of visas to the countries he desires to visit.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GIRIDHAR ALIAS SAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.ARUL VADIVEL SEKAR, Special Public Prosecutor for Customs and Central Excise on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Seeking Modification of the condition to hand over the passport in the Order dated 29.11.2016 in Crl.OP, without insisting upon production of Visas, this petition has been filed. Having regard to the averments made herein the Order dated 29.11.2016 particularly Para 5(iii) is Modified directing the Petitioner to submit all the Certified Copies of the travel documents, viz., Air Ticket etc., relating to his journey before the Court concerned.
