ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner is an association of the traders who are carrying on their business in the Madurai Town Hall Road. They perform the petition mentioned annual festival. The petitioner is apprehensive that the fourth respondent may not permit them to conduct the petition mentioned event in view of COVID-19 pandemic. 3.Since the petitioner is willing to abide by any restriction that may be imposed by the fourth respondent taking into account the continue prevalence of pandemic, I am of the view that the fourth respondent can be directed to permit the petitioner to hold the petition mentioned event. Since the members of the association may cause nuisance and take shelter behind the order passed by this Court, I make it clear that the petitioner R.S.
Sundar Babu will have to abide by all the instructions that may be issued by the fourth respondent to ensure the smooth conduct of the event. 5.The petitioner's counsel states that R.S.Sundar Babu, the president of the petitioner Sangam will personally ensure that all the directives of the fourth respondent are complied with in letter and spirit.
6.Recording the said undertaking, the fourth respondent is directed to permit the petitioner to conduct the petition mentioned Mandagapadi. The Writ Petition is allowed on these terms. No costs.
