This criminal original petition has been filed seeking police protection for the petitioner to get back the petitioner's Sreedhana property from the second respondent's home. 2.The petitioner seeks police protection to get back the petitioner's Sreedhana property from the second respondent's home through her complaints dated 05.12.2013 and 15.09.2014. Now, 5-1/2 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. 3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
