When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.11.2014 for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought adjournment to list the matter, therefore, it was posted in the Month of December 2014. Even thereafter, the petitioners did not take any steps to list the matter for admission. Therefore, it shows that the petitioners have no interest to pursue this petition and it is pending for four years. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition. 2.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
