RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 19.10.2016 in Crl.OP(MD)No.19987 of 2016 directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.DILIP KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioners, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the 1st Sunday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. In addition to the above, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
