ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent in Na.No.Ka.5683/20/C1 dated 31.12.2020. 2.Notice was ordered in this writ petition and on an earlier occasion, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 was directed to get instructions as to whether the respondent official could pass orders in the face of earlier decision by the statutory officer and the matter was adjourned to today.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, a copy of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent, dated 20.02.2021 was produced before this Court and by the said proceedings, the order, which is impugned in this writ petition, has been recalled and the patta was also restored as it stood prior to the date of the impugned order. 4.In view of the proceedings of the competent authority restoring the status quo ante, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and nothing survives for consideration by this Court and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
